Our take
I grabbed these vintage plates for the aesthetic, and they look great on my old-school barbell. The cast iron is solid, and the black paint has a nice patina. At 2.5 lb each, they're perfect for microloading or light warm-ups. However, the center hole is standard 1-inch, not Olympic, so they won't fit new bars. Also, they're a bit rusty in spots (vintage charm, I guess). For under $10, they're a cheap way to add some old-school iron to your collection, but don't expect precision or heavy use.
